A Storm Protection Plan membership runs on an annual cycle. Here's exactly what happens, in order.

Confirm eligibility & enroll
SPP is available only if we installed your roof, or if your roof is less than one year old and passes our inspection. Once eligible, complete enrollment online or at project closeout. We capture your property details, roof age, and materials on file.

Baseline inspection
Within your first 30 days we perform a full inspection and lock a baseline photo report into your member file — the starting point for everything that follows.

ZIP-level storm monitoring
When a qualifying hail or high-wind event passes through your ZIP, our team is notified automatically and reaches out to schedule a post-storm inspection.
- 04
Post-storm response
If damage is found, we document it against your baseline, coordinate emergency tarping if needed (priority over non-members), and walk you through next steps — including whether a claim is worth filing.

Annual re-inspection
Each membership year you receive a fresh full inspection and updated photo report. Two data points become a trend; three becomes a defensible record.

Repairs & Loyalty Discount
Any out-of-pocket repair work we invoice you directly receives the Loyalty Discount contractor pricing incentive. (Not applicable to deductibles or carrier-paid invoices.)

Renewal
Memberships renew annually. Your documentation history carries forward — the longer you're enrolled, the stronger your file becomes.
