We use third-party telecommunications providers (including Twilio) to send and receive SMS and MMS messages. By providing your mobile number on a Texas Roof Guardians form, checking a consent box, replying to one of our texts, or otherwise opting in, you agree to the following terms:
- Program purpose: Texas Roof Guardians sends transactional and customer-care messages — appointment confirmations and reminders, inspection updates, claim status, schedule changes, payment receipts, post-storm response notices, and replies to your inquiries. With your separate opt-in, we may also send occasional promotional offers.

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS consent and the contents of SMS messages will not be shared, sold, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We only share this information with subprocessors required to deliver the messages (e.g., Twilio and our CRM/scheduling vendor) under contractual privacy and security obligations.
If you stop using the mobile number you provided, please update or delete your number with us so messages are not delivered to a reassigned user.

- With your consent: for any other purpose disclosed at the time you provide the information.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share SMS opt-in data or phone numbers collected for messaging with third parties for their own marketing.
