Texas Roof Guardians operates a text messaging program that allows customers, prospective customers, and referred contacts to receive text messages from us in connection with roofing services. The program is operated by Texas Roof Guardians using third-party messaging providers such as Twilio.
2. Consent
You only receive text messages after providing affirmative consent. You may consent by:
- Checking the SMS opt-in box on a form on our website (txroofguardians.com);
- Texting a keyword to a number we provide; or
- Providing verbal or written consent to a Texas Roof Guardians representative.
Consent to receive text messages is never required to purchase any goods or services from Texas Roof Guardians.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and any active project. You may receive messages related to a single inquiry, or several messages per week during an active job.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Texas Roof Guardians does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages based on your mobile plan.
5. Types of Messages You May Receive
- Customer care and reply messages when you contact us;
- Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders for inspections and service visits;
- Estimate delivery notifications;
- Project status updates, including material delivery, crew arrival, and completion;
- Insurance claim coordination messages;
- Billing and payment reminders; and
- Occasional promotional messages about seasonal service offers, Storm Protection Plan, financing, and referral programs — only if you opted in and have not opted out.
6. Opt-Out — STOP Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

8. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The service is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers.
9. Privacy & No Sale of Consent Data
Texas Roof Guardians does not sell, rent, transfer, assign, or share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use limited service providers, such as Twilio, solely to operate our messaging systems on our behalf, subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations. 10. Age Requirement
The messaging program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Do not opt in on behalf of another person without authority to do so.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued participation in the program after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
