How is pricing calculated?
A minimum annual fee per plan, plus a per-square-foot rate against the estimated roof area (building square footage divided by number of stories). The calculator on this page shows your exact price.
How do I cancel?
Email admin@txroofguardians.com to cancel. Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 business days before your next scheduled charge to ensure the upcoming renewal payment is not processed. Multi-year terms cancelled mid-term forfeit the multi-year discount.
What if I have multiple buildings?
Every plan supports portfolios. Asset Management is purpose-built for multi-building owners and property managers with portfolio reporting and capital planning rolled up.
Does the program include repairs?
Inspections, documentation, and reporting are included. Repairs are quoted separately at member pricing and prioritized ahead of non-member work.
What areas do you serve?
San Antonio and all of Texas — including Austin, the Hill Country, the I-35 corridor, and the Gulf Coast region. We deploy crews statewide for storm response.
Is online enrollment legally binding?
Yes. Electronic agreements are valid under the federal E-SIGN Act and Texas UETA. You'll receive a signed PDF copy of your agreement at enrollment.
