Question 1

Do you charge for roof inspections?

Accepted Answer

No. Our standard residential and storm damage inspections are completely free, with a full photo report delivered to you afterward.

Question 2

How does the insurance claim process work?

Accepted Answer

We inspect the roof, document observed damage and prepare construction estimates. We can discuss our estimates and technical findings with your adjuster. You file and pursue your claim; we do not interpret coverage, negotiate settlements or invoke appraisal for you. Your insurer decides coverage and payment, and you remain responsible for your deductible and non-covered costs.

Question 3

Are you a 'storm chaser'?

Accepted Answer

No. We're a San Antonio-headquartered company with local crews and a permanent office. We don't follow storms out of state.

Question 4

What manufacturers do you install?

Accepted Answer

GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, Malarkey, TAMKO and Atlas — and we're certified at the highest tier offered by GAF, Owens Corning and CertainTeed.

Question 5

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Yes — multiple financing partners including 0% intro APR for qualified buyers.

Question 6

What's the warranty?

Accepted Answer

Manufacturer warranties up to lifetime + non-prorated, plus our own lifetime workmanship warranty in writing.

Most residential replacements complete in one day. Larger or more complex roofs may take two.
