Once per membership year a Texas Roof Guardians technician performs a full visual inspection of your roof system — shingles, flashing, penetrations, valleys, ridge, and visible attic ventilation. You receive a written photo report you can hand to a future buyer, lender, or insurance carrier.
When a qualifying hail or high-wind event passes through your ZIP code, we proactively reach out to schedule a damage assessment. You don't have to wonder whether your roof took a hit — we check.
Detailed documentation is the single biggest factor in a clean insurance file. As a member you accumulate a continuous, timestamped record of your roof's condition — the kind of evidence that helps adjusters and supplements move faster.
If your roof is actively leaking after a storm, members are routed to the front of the tarping queue ahead of non-members. We cannot guarantee a specific response time — weather access and crew safety always come first — but members are dispatched first.
During storm seasons, repair backlogs in Central Texas can run weeks. Member work orders are scheduled ahead of standard requests for the same service type.
