What you'll do
- Week 1: paid classroom training — roofing systems, damage ID, ladder safety, OSHA
- Week 2: paid ride-alongs with a top producer through the full sales cycle
- Insurance claim training — adjuster meetings, supplements, scope language
- Software training: JobNimbus, EagleView, Hover, Xactimate basics
- Manufacturer training: GAF MasterElite, Owens Corning Platinum, Atlas Pro Plus
- Quarterly all-hands skill sessions and role-play workshops
