Roofing commission structure
Transparent, tiered, uncapped — designed so your best month is also the company's best month.
We use a tiered commission model on gross profit per job, paired with a W-2 base salary and benefits. The more you sell — and the better the margin you protect — the higher your tier kicks in for the rest of the year.
First-year reps following the playbook typically earn $90K–$140K. Year-2 reps with a referral book commonly clear $180K+.
What you'll do
- Tier 1 (rookie): competitive % of gross profit on every funded job
- Tier 2 (after first revenue threshold): commission rate steps up automatically
- Tier 3 (top producers): premium rate on every additional job, retroactive on tier crossing
- Bonus per signed retail (non-insurance) job
- Spiff bonuses on Storm Protection Plan enrollments
- Quarterly President's Club bonus for top 3 producers
What we're looking for
- Commissions paid weekly after job is funded (cash or insurance check)
- No charge-backs on funded, completed jobs
- Supplement commissions paid when the supplement is approved
- Vehicle allowance available for senior reps
Benefits & perks
- Uncapped — no ceiling on what you can earn
- W-2 base salary while you ramp
- Health, dental, vision after 60 days
- 401(k) eligibility after 1 year
- Full commission schedule reviewed in your offer letter
Move into Sales Manager (override on team) or Commercial Sales Executive (residual on service agreements).
We don't play games with comp. The plan is written down, the dashboard is live, and your check matches your dashboard every Friday.
