Do I need roofing experience to apply for a sales role?

No. Most of our top producers started with no roofing experience. We hire for grit, coachability and communication — and train you on the rest in a paid 2-week onboarding.

Is this a W-2 or 1099 role?

Roofing sales reps and project managers are W-2 with base salary and benefits. Subcontractor install crews are 1099. Commercial Sales Executives have a hybrid base + commission W-2 structure.

How much can a roofing sales rep actually make?

First-year reps following our playbook typically earn $90K–$140K. Top reps regularly clear $250K+. Commercial executives can clear $400K+.

Are leads provided?

Yes — through Storm Protection Plan members, referrals, our service-area presence, and storm canvassing routes. Self-generated leads pay an additional bonus.

What kind of training do you provide?

Two weeks of paid classroom + ride-along training, plus ongoing manufacturer certifications (GAF, Owens Corning, Atlas), insurance claim training, and software training on JobNimbus, EagleView and Xactimate.

Do I have to climb on roofs?

Yes for sales and PM roles. We provide ladder and safety training during onboarding. If you're not comfortable on a roof, this isn't the right fit.
