Roofing Subcontractor Opportunities
Reliable, year-round volume for crews that show up, follow specs, and leave clean job sites.
We're always looking to add 1099 install crews — shingle, tile, metal and low-slope TPO/PVC. We pay weekly, we don't shortchange squares, and we run a JobNimbus production schedule so you know what's next before you finish today's job.
Rates set per system and complexity. Premium for steep, multi-layer tear-offs, decking work and tile/metal specialty.
What you'll do
- Tear off and install per manufacturer spec (GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, Atlas, TAMKO)
- Set safety, ground tarps, and protect property
- Photo-document underlayment, flashing and final job per our QC checklist
- Pass post-install inspection by the TRG project manager
- Leave the property cleaner than you found it
What we're looking for
- Current general liability insurance and workers' comp on your crew
- W-9, COI naming Texas Roof Guardians as certificate holder
- Reliable transportation, dump trailer, and core install equipment
- OSHA 10 (preferred) and bilingual lead a plus
- Track record of clean, on-time installs with photo references
Benefits & perks
- Weekly direct deposit
- Year-round volume — storm response plus retail
- Material delivery coordinated by TRG
- PM-managed schedule (no chasing dispatch)
- Long-term partnership, not one-and-done
Top crews get first call on the highest-paying premium and commercial work and can grow into multi-crew operations.
We respect crews. Fair pricing, on-time pay, and PM communication you can actually rely on.
