Roofing Sales Representative — Storm Restoration
Door-to-door, canvassing, and referral storm restoration sales for the most-trusted roofing brand in San Antonio and Austin.
We're looking for hungry, coachable closers who want to make six figures helping homeowners turn an insurance claim into a brand new roof. You'll inspect roofs, document damage with photos and measurements, meet adjusters, and sign contracts — backed by a fully-staffed production team that actually finishes jobs on time.
W-2 base salary plus uncapped commission per signed contract. Top reps consistently clear $250K. First-year reps following the playbook typically earn $90K–$140K.
What you'll do
- Canvas storm-affected neighborhoods in San Antonio, Austin and surrounding areas
- Perform free roof inspections and document damage with photos, measurements and reports
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claim process and present scope of work
- Meet insurance adjusters on roofs and advocate for full and fair claim payouts
- Close contracts and collect signed agreements + insurance paperwork
- Hand off cleanly to the project manager and stay in touch through completion
What we're looking for
- Self-driven, competitive and coachable — sales experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable on a ladder and on roofs (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills with homeowners and adjusters
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
