Commercial Sales Executive
Build a book of business across property management, HOA, retail, industrial and multi-family — backed by an in-house estimating and asset-management team.
This role is for an experienced B2B closer who wants to own relationships with property managers, REITs, HOA boards and facility directors. You'll sell roof replacements, repairs, coatings and recurring service agreements — and stack residuals on the maintenance side.
Base salary plus tiered commission on replacement, repair and recurring service agreement revenue. Residual commission on maintenance contracts.
What you'll do
- Develop relationships with property managers, asset owners, HOA boards and facility directors
- Inspect commercial roofs and assemble repair, replace or coat recommendations
- Quote TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, metal and shingle systems with our estimating team
- Sell recurring service agreements and asset management programs
- Manage RFPs, certificates of insurance, prevailing-wage and bond work
- Coordinate with the commercial PM team through completion
What we're looking for
- 3+ years commercial roofing or commercial construction sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage a long sales cycle and large-deal pipeline
- Comfortable on commercial roofs and reading drawings
- CRM-disciplined (JobNimbus or similar)
- Strong network in San Antonio / Austin commercial real estate a major plus
