Project story

This Hollywood Park residential re-roof was documented from the earliest tear-off stages all the way through final completion. The before photos show the existing roof stripped back to underlayment and decking, followed by exposed sheathing, dry-in, and material staging as the new system was built back in sequence.

The finished roof was installed with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, giving the home a warm, dimensional architectural look that fits the neighborhood canopy and surrounding homes. The photo set clearly shows the progression from tear-off to dried-in slopes to completed ridges, ventilation details, and clean final roof planes.

Because the project includes strong process photos in addition to the final result, it works well as a portfolio example for homeowners who want to see not just the finished roof, but how the work is actually executed on-site.
