Project story
This Pearsall residential roof replacement was photographed through every major phase of the job, giving a clear view of how the system was rebuilt from the deck up. The tear-off photos show the existing roof stripped back to aged underlayment and exposed sheathing, with additional close-up documentation of deteriorated deck areas and insulation conditions that had to be addressed before the new roof could go on.
Once the deck repairs were made, the home was dried in with synthetic underlayment and rebuilt with GAF Timberline HDZ Class 3 impact-resistant shingles. The finished drone photos show a clean, consistent roof plane with strong ridge detailing and a dark architectural profile that fits the home's shape well. Together, the full photo set tells the complete story homeowners want to see — not just the finished roof, but the workmanship and deck condition hidden underneath the shingles.
