Official Rules — San Antonio Home & Garden Show 2026 Promotions

Texas Roof Guardians (“Sponsor”) is conducting two separate promotions in connection with the San Antonio Home & Garden Show 2026 (the “Event”):

(a) Free Premium Shingle Upgrade. Eligible customers who contract a qualifying roof replacement project with Sponsor receive a complimentary upgrade to a premium shingle product, valued at up to $3,000 depending on roof size, product availability, and project scope.

(b) 50% Off Roof Giveaway. One (1) randomly selected winner will receive fifty percent (50%) off a new roof installed by Sponsor, with a maximum prize value of $25,000.

The upgrade applies only to qualifying full roof replacement projects contracted with Sponsor and is subject to product availability, manufacturer requirements, and roof suitability. The upgrade has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for a discount or credit, and may not be combined with other Sponsor promotions, rebates, or discounts unless expressly authorized in writing by Sponsor.

The prize consists of a fifty percent (50%) reduction of Sponsor’s contracted price for a new roof installed by Sponsor at the winner’s qualifying property, up to a maximum prize value of $25,000. Any project cost above the maximum prize value remains the winner’s responsibility. The prize is not transferable, has no cash value, and no cash equivalent or substitution is available.

Entrants must be legal residents of the State of Texas, at least eighteen (18) years of age, and the legal owner of the property to be inspected and roofed. One entry per household and per property. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible. Rental, commercial, and non-owner-occupied properties may be excluded at Sponsor’s discretion. Void where prohibited.

A complimentary Texas Roof Guardians roof inspection is required to validate eligibility. The entrant must allow Sponsor reasonable access to the property to complete the inspection. Entries that cannot be validated by a completed inspection prior to prize fulfillment are void.

Entries are collected via Sponsor’s Event landing page or at Sponsor’s Event booth by completing the inspection request form and selecting the giveaway entry option. Entries must be received before the close of the Event.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not required to enter, to receive an inspection, or to win.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the close of the Event. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.

The prize must be redeemed and the roofing project contracted within six (6) months of the date the winner is notified. Prizes not redeemed within the redemption window are forfeited without compensation.

The maximum value of the giveaway prize is $25,000. The maximum value of the Free Premium Shingle Upgrade is $3,000. Sponsor is not responsible for any taxes associated with the prize; the winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9.

Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicated, submitted by an ineligible person, or that cannot be validated by a completed roof inspection. Entries may also be disqualified where the property is structurally unsuitable for roof replacement, where access is denied, where required permits or HOA approvals cannot be obtained, or where the entrant fails to respond to notification attempts.

This promotion is not intended to induce or supplement an insurance claim. Sponsor does not waive, rebate, or absorb any insurance deductible. Where a roofing project is funded in whole or in part by an insurance claim, promotion values may be limited or unavailable as required by Texas law.

Information collected at entry is used to schedule inspections, administer these promotions, and contact entrants about Sponsor’s services. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate a promotion at any time if it cannot be conducted as planned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising out of participation in the promotions or acceptance or use of a prize. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and venue for any dispute lies in Bexar County, Texas. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any shingle manufacturer, the Home & Garden Show, or any social media platform.
